Be an integral part of Integrity Solutions® Behavior Change Process and Become a Licensed Certified Facilitator.

Our certification process The Integrity Solutions certification process is engineered to empower participants with the ability to manage a behavior change process at their workplace. They are prepared with the tools and skills to enable employees advance in both their professional and personal lives by taking part in, and developing insights from process-based learning systems. Participants will be able to find themselves completely immersed into Integrity Solutions® processes to develop skills and witness behavior change. Engaged from both the perspectives of a facilitator and participant, they will get a eagle's eye understanding of the program philosophies.

Our certification program Intended for behavior change processes to develop sales or services teams, or their organization’s leadership, the Integrity Solutions certificate program meets the service needs of employees of client organizations. The program is preceded by a Client Agreement, which outlines in more detail the specific solution(s) your organization is purchasing and the related number of participant licenses.

If your organization has not already implemented one of our behavior change processes and/or may be interested in experiencing the certification program to determine the best fit, please contact your Integrity representative for details on participating as an evaluator.  Should you determine to implement any of Integrity Solutions’ learning processes, purchase of both facilitation and participant licenses is required.
